Description
View of a date palm grove near Al Khandaq Fort in Al Buraimi Oasis. Musallim bin Al Kamam, a sheikh of the Musaifar lineage of Rashid Bedouin and one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions, stands in the right foreground holding a rifle over one shoulder. In the distance behind him a young boy stands between palm trees at the edge of a large palm grove.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
