Description

View of a grove of date palms in Liwa oasis. In the foreground footprints and camel tracks cross a wide flat on a sloping sand dune. On the left a large palm grove cultivated by Bani Yas villagers grows in a depression below the dune. In the distance beyond, sand dunes stretch out in all directions. A few sand fences have been constructed along some of the dunes.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
