View overlooking Al Kharbah, a caravan halting place in the lower Wadi 'Aydim. In the distant foreground a member of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party walks through a clump of trees growing at Al Kharbah. The floor of Wadi 'Aydim is vast, and dotted with clusters of vegetation, most of which is concentrated along the right side of the wadi. This vegetation is the result of recent rain.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
