Description
View of a dune in sands near Al Ain. The sharp crest of a sand dune stretches from the near left foreground into the right distance, and then along the high top of the dune. Tufts of vegetation, likely qassis (sedge) grow on the left slope of the dune. In the distance beyond a camel stands near the crest of a further dune. In the far distance the dunes continue to the far horizon.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
