Description
Side view of a j?lb?t [jalboot], a type of dhow (sailboat) with a square-shaped stern and an upright bow, moored along the shore of Bahrain Island. The j?lb?t sits in calm water rippled by gentle waves below a cloudless sky. A large cloth canopy covers the deck over the stern. In the left background dhow sits in the water, and further beyond tall buildings line the far shore.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
