Description

Stern view of dhows moored along the shore of Bahrain Island. In the foreground a rowboat sits in wind-rippled water in front of a group of dhows. The large boat in the centre is a boom, a type of large double masted dhow (sailboat) built in Kuwait. Three small single masted dhows are moored alongside the boom. In the background a few more dhows are moored in the far distance.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
