Description
Half length standing portrait of one of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling companions, Muhammad bin Al Jabari, pouring coffee during the party's journey from Ramlat al Ghirbaniyat to Furai well. Muhammad bin Al Jabari, a tribesman of the Awamir Bedouin stands in the foreground, pouring coffee into a small porcelain cup. He wears a light coloured thobe (shirt) and a dark coloured ghutra (headscarf).

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
