View of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party resting under a tree in the Wadi Halfayn. In the centre three members of Wilfred Thesiger's party stand amongst couched camels in the near distance. A forth member of the party sits in the shade of a tall thorn tree growing on the left. Behind the tree a few camels are couched in the sand. In the background large bushes and a few trees grow on a flat plain that stretches into the far distance.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
