View of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions making camp near Khaba well in the region of Kidan plains (Suhul al Kidan) in the Empty Quarter (Rub' al Khali). Four men attend to baggage and supplies in an open area amongst low sand dunes. A number of dry clumps of vegetation dot the dunes surrounding the men, and behind them a lone standing camel looks on.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
