View of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party crossing low dunes north of Khaba well in the Suhul al Kidan (Kidan plain) region of the Empty Quarter (Rub' al Khali). In the foreground tracks lead towards the horizon. On a far dune Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions trek towards the horizon.
