View of Wilfred Thesiger's party crossing rolling sands during their journey from Wadi al 'Ayn to the Ramlat al Ghirbaniyat (Ghirbaniyat Sands). Scattered trees, bushes and other vegetation grow in the sand.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
