Description
Close up portrait of a middle-aged Arab man, a retainer in Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's hunting party, in the sands near Al Ain. The man faces forward, his head turned towards the left. He has a thick bushy beard, and wears an 'agal (head rope) over a patterned ghutra (headscarf) and a light coloured a thobe (shirt).

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
