Description

Half length portrait of a herds boy of the Rashid Bedouin in the sands near Al Ain. The boy sits in the sand, holding one hand in front of his mouth. He wears a plain ghutra (headscarf) tied around his head and neck and a thobe (shirt).

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
