Description
View of a Bedouin man, a member of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party, trekking across dunes in Al Khatam or Al Humrah sands south of Al Ain. In the near distance one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions leads two camels across an expanse of sand on the left, past three large bushes growing on the right. In the distance behind him a large sand dune rises to a high peak at the right, below a cloudless sky.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
