Description
Full length standing portrait of a tribesman of the Bani Kitab Bedouin at a well near Sharjah city. The man wears a ghutra (headscarf) wrapped around his head and a thobe (long shirt) cinched with a belt. He holds a camel stick in one hand. A rifle lays on the ground in front of him, and behind him blankets and saddles lie in the sand.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
