View of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party in the Ramlat ar Rabbad sands. In the foreground a tree grows on the left. In the distance beyond two Bedouin men in Wilfred Thesiger's party walk with their camels across an area of mostly flat sand, which is dotted with a few small trees and clumps of vegetation. In the far background a large dune rises to a high peak in the distance.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
