Description
Group portrait of two of Sheikh Shakhbut bin Sultan Al Nahyan's retainers sitting on the Corniche waterfront in Abu Dhabi. Both men are kneeling and holding rifles. The men wear silver embossed daggers (khanjars) on belts over their shirts (thobe), and headscarves topped with black head ropes (agal). Behind the men the ocean stretches out into the distance.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
