Description

Portrait of a young man of the Bani Malik tribe in the Bani Malik Mountains. He is wearing a garland of sweet herbs in his hair. The band shaved through his hair indicates that he has not yet been circumcised.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
