Description

Portrait of Rai al Raqiqa, a member of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party, riding a camel in the Jiddat al Harasis during the party's journey from Boi well to Yisub well. Rai al Raqiqa is a tribesman of the Bayt Kathir Bedouin.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
