Description

View of Wilfred Thesiger's party making camp near Al Hubi village. On the far left one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions unsaddles a couched camel, while on the far right another member of the party leads a camel across the sand. In the central distance a third member of the party stands beside a large tree. Equipment is piled in the sand in front of the tree. In the background trees and low vegetation grow on a vast plain of rolling sands.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
