View of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party at a well during their journey from Jabal Sumeini to Sharjah. A lone camel stands on the left, looking at a group of men and camels clustered around a well opening on the right. In the centre left is a water trough made of mud, against which two rifles rest. In the far distance, trees and shrubs grow on a high sand dune.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
