description
Seated portrait of a tribesman of the Manasir Bedouin in Al Khatam sands, near Al Ain. A man sits on a mound of sand. His hands rest together on his knees and a camel stick leans against his shoulder. He has a long thick beard and wears a light thobe (long shirt) with a plain ghutra (headscarf) tied around his head. Behind him a large bush grows in the sand. Further beyond a man stands in the far right distance.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
