Seated portrait of two members of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's hunting party in the Al Khatam sands near Al Ain. On the left an Arab man with a thick dark beard kneels looking into the left foreground. His hands are clasped in his lap and a coil of rope sits by his knees. Behind him sacks of supplies are piled in the sand. On the right another Arab man sits in front of a cooking fire. He also has a thick beard and keels holding a rifle and a camel stick in each hand. A coffee urn sits on the fire. In the distance beyond shrubs and trees grow on a flat expanse of rocky sand.
