Description

View of rooftops and rooftop shelters in the city of Abha. In the foreground two square rooms with small windows sit atop a roof on a building. The structures are made from adobe topped with parallel lines of raqf (slate) tiles to prevent erosion of the structures by weather.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
