View of a member of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party riding through desert sands during the party's journey from the Wadi al 'Ayn to the Ramlat al Ghirbaniyat (Ghirbaniyat Sands). In the foreground a man rides a camel across sands dotted with a few clumps of vegetation. In the background sand dunes rise to high crests.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
