View of a member of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party with a couched camel in the Wadi al 'Ayn, during the party's journey towards the Ramlat al Ghirbaniyat. On the right one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions removes the saddle from a couched camel. Two piles of blankets and equipment lie in the sand next to the camel. In the background a few large bushes grow on the flat plain amongst other vegetation.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
