View of Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi's fort in the town of Ras Al Khaimah. In the left foreground cooking pots sit on a ledge in one corner of Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi's fort. On the far right a palm frond fence has been erected in the fort's courtyard below. Tall towers sit on the far side of the courtyard. Beyond the fort one and two storey buildings, 'arish huts and enclosures made from palm fronds sit in the sand along the shore in the town of Ras Al Khaimah. In the far background the ocean spreads out flat and calm to the far horizon.
