View of one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions in the Empty Quarter (Rub' al Khali) in the region between Khaur Sabkha well and Khaba well. A man stands in a vast area of low, rolling dunes. A few hardy bushes dot the dune slopes.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
