View of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling companions watering at a well near Al Ain, during their journey from Abu Dhabi to Al Ain. Many people stand by a well with camels. One couched camel rests at the centre in front of a water trough made of mud. On the left a number of camels wait for water. On the right two camels wait beside a group of men pulling water from the well.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
