Description
Dr Morgan, Mission doctor (left), with Sir Basil Gould in full uniform at the Dekyi Lingka, which was were the Mission resided whilst in Lhasa. This picture was probably taken on November 22nd 1936, when all the Mission staff were in full dress in readiness for the second official visit they were to make to the Potala. Sir Basil Gould had been too ill to attend on the first visit in September

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
