Description

A large number of Dinka men, standing and sitting, holding spears and ambatch parrying shields at a funeral dance near Malakal. Dances were frequent occurrences, and often accompanied events such as marriages and deaths.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
