View of one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin travelling companions in the dunes of Al Batin sands, south of Liwa oasis. A Bedouin man stands holding his rifle under his arm. Next to him a camel grazes on a tuft of vegetation poking out of the sand.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
