Description
View of local villagers at a village in Al Buraimi oasis. In the foreground a young boy stands in an expanse of flat sand dotted with low vegetation. In the distance behind him a group of women stand together at the top of a hill, in front of their village. The village is comprised of 'arish huts, enclosures built from palm fronds and square adobe houses built of mud. In the far right distance behind the village a large grove of date palms grows.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
