Description

View of a man standing in front of houses in the city of Dubai. A man wearing a taqiyah cap and a light coloured thobe (long shirt) stands in the remains of a demolished building surrounded by houses. On the right two remaining columns stand next to a house. The houses behind him have many tall wind towers (barjeel) on their roofs, and many have wooden grates and bars covering their windows.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
