View of one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions resting under a tree in Al Ain / Buraimi oasis. In the near distance a Bedouin man stands in a small patch of shade beneath a tall tree in an expanse of sand. Behind him a second tree grows, leaning heavily to the right. In the distance more bushes and trees stretch out across flat sands.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
